NOYES LIBRARY ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP

The College of Information Studies invites applications for the Noyes Library Association Scholarship to a MLS degree student at CLIS whose area is children's services.

Selection of Recipient

Based on applicant's interests, academic achievement, and qualifications as expressed in a letter of interest.

Eligibility of Applicants

• Full or part-time MLS degree student currently enrolled at CLIS.
• Interest in children's services as demonstrated by academic program and experience.
• Financial need.
• Short essay (400 - 600 words) on critical issue in children's services today

Interested students must submit a letter of interest and essay to:

The 2006 deadline will be announced in Spring 2006.

Presentation of Scholarship

The scholarship will be presented during the CLIS commencement ceremony in May.
